• Load-shedding, power failures, or other disruptions in essential utilities
• Denial-of-service attacks, malware, or other malicious cyber activity
• WhatsApp or Meta platform outages or policy changes
• Technical issues or failures in your own systems, networks, or hardware

1.3 Deis Technologies shall not be responsible for any unavailability, downtime, or delays caused by such events.

2.1 Deis Technologies provides messaging, payment processing, and analytics services through the OmniLink platform.

2.2 While we strive for high accuracy, we do not warrant that our services will be error-free. Message delivery, payment processing, and analytics may be subject to third-party service provider limitations.

2.3 Information obtained through our Services is provided "as is" and Deis Technologies does not warrant its accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness.

2.4 You are responsible for verifying results and for using such information lawfully, in accordance with applicable legislation (including POPIA and WhatsApp Business Policy).

3.1 Deis Technologies implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data processed through our Services.

3.2 However, no system is entirely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats, including unauthorised access, data breaches, or cyber attacks.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API credentials, access tokens, and any systems that integrate with our Services.

5.1 Our Services rely on or integrate with third-party services, including WhatsApp/Meta platforms, payment gateways, cloud infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure), and messaging providers.
